Employability Skills Training

EST helps young people develop the skills and knowledge to walk into a workplace for the first time and make a good impression. They learn essential skills such as communcation, decision making and problem solving. They also learn about interviews and resume writing.

We believe employability skills training is preparing somebody for the realities of workplace expectations. To be able to equip them with certain knowledge and skills so they can walk into a workplace for the first time and give off a good impression. Certain things like protocols with communication that are not necessarily taught in high school or even other programs. Those kind of things really help employers make a decision whether they’ve got someone who’s going to fit into their business.
