Anita

TRAINER

Anita brings over 25 years of experience in employment services, working directly with individuals and on neighbourhood and community renewal projects across local and state government. She combines professional expertise with lived experience, having also experienced unemployment herself, which shapes her practical and empathetic approach. She holds a Diploma in Coaching and has presented award-winning employment programs at conferences as both a speaker and panel member, focusing on engaging disadvantaged communities and addressing generational unemployment. Anita is passionate about community-led initiatives that connect job seekers with industry and build confidence, capability and pathways to sustainable employment.

Cathi

TRAINER

Cathi has built a diverse career across six different professions, including social work, coaching, lecturing, publishing, and running her own businesses. This broad experience has given her a strong appreciation for people, learning, and building meaningful connections across different environments. Raised on a farm, she also values hands-on work, practical problem-solving, and a connection to nature. Over the past two years as a trainer at Paramount, she's been passionate about building participant confidence, encouraging active engagement with program material, and facilitating thoughtful discussions that support meaningful learning and positive outcomes.

Marcelo

TRAINER

Marcelo is proud to have been working as a trainer with Paramount Recruitment Services for the past two years. Throughout his career, he has delivered training across a range of industries, bringing broad and valuable experience into his current role.He is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and understands the importance of delivering outcomes that genuinely support participants, particularly during challenging times in their lives. Supporting individuals as they build skills, confidence, and direction is highly rewarding for him.Marcelo takes great pride in seeing participants grow and is continually inspired by their progress and achievements.

Jodie

TRAINER

Jodie brings 17 years of experience in the security printing industry, with a strong background in risk management, compliance, auditing, and some procedure and training development. Following COVID-19, she made a conscious career shift toward a more people-focused role, seeking greater purpose through supporting others to improve their lives. This led her to further study and ultimately to her role at Paramount, where she has been training since late 2024. Jodie fosters a fun, engaging, and inclusive learning environment, encouraging participation, laughter, and a safe space where all learners feel supported and able to contribute.


Simone M

TRAINER

Simone is an experienced facilitator dedicated to creating an engaging and enjoyable learning environment. She encourages participants to take ownership of each session by contributing, sharing their knowledge, and drawing on their own lived and professional experiences.With a diverse background across both work and life contexts, she believes there is always value in learning from one another and gaining insight through shared discussion. Her facilitation style is collaborative and inclusive, supporting participants to build confidence, connect ideas, and actively engage in their learning journey while developing practical skills and understanding.

Jade

EST TRAINING MANAGER

Jade brings over 17 years of experience in employment services, including managing multiple regions across Victoria. She has supported job seekers with mental, physical, and sensory conditions to overcome barriers and secure meaningful employment.For the past two years, Jade has served as Paramount’s Employment Skills Manager. In this role, she has contributed to the development of a new Work Preparation Program, now available to the general public for those seeking to become work ready.Jade is passionate about creating practical, supportive pathways into employment and helping individuals build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

Leah

ADMINISTRATION

Leah has over 15 years of experience in administrative roles and a genuine passion for working with people. She holds a Diploma in Community Services and a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, supporting her commitment to people-focused, meaningful work. She brings empathy, understanding, and respect for individual needs to everything she does. At Paramount, she enjoys the balance of structure and connection, with a particular focus on compliance and quality checking where her strong attention to detail is a key strength. Leah values the organisation’s down-to-earth culture and the opportunity to build genuine connections, believing everyone has something valuable to contribute.

Blake

TRAINER

Blake has a background in employment services, working across Disability Employment Services, Transition to Work and JobActive programs. In his training approach, he aims to create a friendly, supportive, and safe environment where participants feel comfortable learning and engaging. Blake enjoys exploring different perspectives and encouraging discussion around multiple approaches to the same challenges, helping learners build confidence in their own thinking. After completing Employability Skills Training with Paramount, Blake was delighted to join the organisation, continuing his career in an industry where he can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Chris

TRAINER

Chris is a seasoned Learning & Development professional with extensive experience across a range of business sectors. His expertise spans instructional design, content development, competency framework design, and training delivery. He is highly skilled in developing, coaching, mentoring, and facilitating learning programs that support both individual and organisational growth. A notable achievement includes supporting the Caterpillar Dealer Network across the ANZ and Asia-Pacific regions for over a decade. He measures his success by the success of others, taking pride in enabling learners and teams to grow in capability, confidence, and performance through practical, outcome-focused development.

Justin

Justin

TRAINER

Justin brings over three years of experience in employment services, including nearly two years as an Employability Skills Trainer, as well as a background in recruitment and Centrelink services. He brings practical, real-world insight to every session. He is personable, easy-going and passionate about creating engaging classes while setting realistic expectations. He is particularly motivated by supporting participants in situations he has personally experienced, including securing first jobs, changing careers, and developing job search skills. Justin works with respect, empathy, and a non-judgemental approach, and is committed to empowering people to move forward with confidence.

Sharn

TRAINER

Sharn left the corporate world to pursue her calling to give back, supporting people to build confidence, capability, and overcome limitations and judgments in order to live happier, more meaningful lives.She brings over 30 years of experience across diverse industries, including manufacturing, retail, hospitality, banking, recruitment, advertising, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, NFP, disability services, employment services, and training and development. Sharn holds qualifications in positive psychology, mental health, a Bachelor of Business, and an MBA, and is an accredited International Coaching Federation coach.She is passionate about career development and lives life with integrity, curiosity, resilience, and a strong sense of humour.

Simone Y

TRAINER

Simone transitioned into the employment industry after completing a transformative Work Preparation Program in August 2025, which inspired her to become a trainer. Having experienced the journey firsthand as a participant, she brings empathy, compassion, and lived experience to every session.She is driven by the resilience of her students and finds great reward in seeing their confidence grow as they develop new skills. Simone particularly values providing one-on-one resume support and witnessing participants recognise their own potential.For her, creating a positive and lasting impact on someone’s employment journey is the ultimate measure of success.

Stella

TRAINING MANAGER

Stella has been with Paramount for eight years, bringing a strong background in both education and business operations. She began her career as a high school teacher, developing skills in communication, mentoring, and classroom management, before moving into the corporate sector where she managed a law firm. Stella is known for her leadership, organisation, and ability to support team development. She is passionate about creating structured, supportive learning environments and works closely with trainers to ensure high-quality delivery and positive outcomes for participants. Her approachable nature and attention to detail make her a valued leader within the organisation.


Shinka

ADMINISTRATION

Shinka is a part of the administration team at Paramount Recruitment Service, focusing on participant support and program scheduling. With extensive experience in large retail customer care, as well as medical and school administration, Shinka is passionate about creating smooth and supportive experiences for every individual. She coordinates bookings and class schedules, and assists participants with platform access and troubleshooting, helping everything run seamlessly. Known for a calm and approachable nature, Shinka takes pride in supporting participants who may feel overwhelmed, helping them feel confident and comfortable throughout their journey. She enjoys working within a harmonious team environment and supporting individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Carol

TRAINER

Carol brings over 17 years of experience in Learning & Development, along with a background coaching leaders in recruitment and people management. She is passionate about helping others build confidence and develop practical, real-world employability skills that can be applied across a range of workplaces and career pathways. As a facilitator, Carol brings warmth, energy, and a down-to-earth approach, creating a supportive environment where people feel safe to learn, ask questions, and back themselves. She values those “lightbulb moments” where confidence grows and new possibilities open up. Her focus is on helping people recognise their strengths, build self-belief, and take meaningful steps toward employment and a future they feel positive and empowered about.

Eleni

TRAINER

Eleni is a qualified Social Welfare Worker with almost two decades of experience in employment services and recruitment. She specialises in engaging with job seekers and supporting them to secure meaningful and sustainable employment. Her key strengths include crafting strong resumes, writing compelling cover letters, and effectively interpreting job criteria to match candidates with suitable roles. With nearly a decade of experience as an Employability Skills Trainer, Eleni is passionate about guiding people through their career journeys. She is committed to building confidence, capability, and practical skills that help individuals move closer to their employment goals.

Kerri

TRAINER

Kerri has been working at Paramount for over a year and brings a diverse professional background spanning banking, the not-for-profit (NFP) sector, and running her own business entertaining children. During her time in NFP, she discovered a passion for training and supporting others, which has since become a key focus of her career.Kerri is passionate about helping people build confidence and take pride in their abilities. She brings a warm, engaging approach to her sessions, balancing professionalism with a strong sense of humour and a focus on creating a fun, supportive learning environment.

Sharon

TRAINER

Sharon is an Employability Skills Trainer at Paramount Recruitment Services, passionate about supporting individuals to rebuild confidence, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and purpose. She believes meaningful change happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered, and she is committed to creating that environment for every participant.With over 25 years of experience across finance and the employment sector, Sharon brings both professional expertise and lived understanding to her work. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Psychological Science, which complements her holistic approach to wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth, grounded in compassion, connection, and belief in human potential.

Vanessa

TRAINER

Vanessa has been training for over 15 years across business and hospitality, drawing on experience across corporate, government, and private sectors. She holds a degree in Business along with qualifications in Nursing, Transport and Logistics, Finance, Project Management, and Hospitality, enabling her to bring broad cross-industry insight to her training.She is passionate about marketing and knowledge-sharing, and enjoys supporting others to identify and actively pursue their training and career goals. Vanessa is committed to helping learners build confidence, expand their skills, and apply practical strategies to progress in a variety of industries and workplace environments.

Janis

EST CO-ORDINATOR

Janis is a goal-oriented manager with over 15 years of experience in employment services. He holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Aberdeen. Prior to joining Paramount, he worked as a Regional Manager at Ostara Australia, Help Enterprises, and as a Area Manager at Mylestones Employment. Janis is passionate about being part of the Paramount team and supporting clients to improve their lives through high-quality services.





Danielle

ADMINISTRATION

Danielle is a friendly and dedicated team member in an administrative support role at Paramount, bringing a strong focus on organisation, efficiency and client care. Having previously participated in the Employability Skills Training program herself, she is passionate about helping others build confidence and achieve meaningful employment outcomes. Danielle is known for her approachable nature, attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for supporting both participants and colleagues. She takes pride in creating a positive, welcoming environment and is committed to making every interaction a helpful and encouraging experience
