What is Employability Skills Training (EST)?

Employability Skills Training (EST) is a government-funded program designed to help job seekers develop the skills and confidence needed to find and keep a job. Our programs focus on a blend of job search strategies, workplace communication, teamwork, and digital literacy, tailored to current industry demands.

Who is eligible for Paramount's EST program?

Our EST program is exclusively available to job seekers who are referred by their Employment Service Provider (ESP). This includes referrals from Workforce Australia, Disability Employment Services (DES), Transition to Work, and Parent Pathways programs. If you’re a job seeker interested in EST, please speak with your current ESP to discuss a referral.

How do I enroll in an EST program at Paramount Recruitment Australia?

To enroll in our EST program, you need to be referred by your Employment Service Provider (ESP). You can either:

Speak directly with your Employment Service Provider to discuss a referral to Paramount Recruitment Australia’s EST program.
Enroll via your Workforce Australia app, selecting Paramount Recruitment Australia as your preferred provider for an EST program.

Is there a cost to participate in the EST program?

As EST is a government-funded program, there is generally no direct cost to eligible job seekers who are referred by their Employment Service Provider.
